		<description>&lt;p&gt;I think at some point people stop caring whether you may appear undignified to others if you really want to be comfortable while reaping the &quot;fun&quot;/rewards of jogging. Just getting sweaty and/or red-faced is enough to make me think twice...it&#039;s why I always exercise in private.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What causes me mental distress is seeing jogging women who haven&#039;t strapped their breasts down tightly. Ouch! (Or else they simply can&#039;t strap them down, but still, ouch.)&lt;/p&gt;
