Lunar Adventures: exploring a little bit of everything
Blog post [Displaying post and comments]
Happy holidays!
I hope everyone is having a great holiday season — even though you couldn’t tell it by stepping outside, here in Dallas. It’s balmy outside here; been in the 60s and 70s for several days now. Maybe there is something to this whole global warming thing.
On another note, I would like to encourage everyone to look back at 2005 and take stock in your successes rather than failures. I know that I tend to make resolutions for the new year based on focusing on failures rather than improving on successes. And I think that can mean a big difference between meeting goals set and coming up a little short.

Maybe there’s something to global warming??
I don’t know that I’ve ever seriously made resoluations before. I think I will this year. Good luck, if you do.
Do you know about diarist.net? It’s a place to register online diaries and blogs to get more traffic. I have no idea what it’s about, but I thought I’d pass it along to you, since you have a stand-alone blog, unlike someone I know.
I never seem to keep resolutions, so I’m going to try things differently this time and take your advice. Hope you’re having a great holiday break as well.
I’m confused. I should set a goal that’s something I’ve already succeeded at? I’m not a resolutions guy, either. Many years ago I made the New Year’s resolution not to make any New Year’s resolutions. And every year since then I’ve made that same resolution.
Mal: I do, but tend to forget my resolutions quickly. But is it a bad sign that I haven’t made mine yet, and it’s the 3rd?
Mal: I’ll check it out… thanks!
Zach: Thanks, you too bud!
Mike: no, you goober, improve on your success. like, if you got a new job, make the resolution to improve on your performance. or, if you lost weight, to lose a little more. or, if you have a lady, to treat her better. stuff like that. take a positive, and make it more positive.
