		<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually, a big reason why infomercials (or paid programming) are on the air is precisely because so few people are watching at 2am. TV stations get more money from selling the time to Winning in the Cash Flow Business or Girls Gone Wild than they could by showing Gunsmoke reruns and convincing advertisers to pay for a 30 second spot that 3 insomniacs will see.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And I guess the infomercial companies have enough money to buy their time because, well, people will buy anything.&lt;/p&gt;
