You may need to go into the settings and turn off wifi otherwise the touchscreen doesn't work. Not sure if this is for all DSi's but is the case for mine. It is a pain in the A. Nintendo have released an DSi Ware organiser in Japan (02/12/09), how difficult is it to change the language and release for UK.
